Urban infill project located in the Promise Zone Initiative area of Philadelphia. Must meet certain program requirements regarding use of space, size, etc. 1 of 2 similar rowhouses located across the street from each other.

MICRO DWELLING

Tiny house, for a self-specified user, under 100 sq. ft. that must meet program requirements that include spaces for sleeping, food preparation, bathing, and lounging; encouraged to be non-traditional dwelling and requres efficient space planning.

​
Apartment complex of at least 175 units from 275-350 sq. ft. with at least 100 sq. ft. exterior space. Parking requirement of 1 space per 4 units. Must also have lobby/gallery, retail space, restaurant, and fitness center.
